Motherhood Is A Full-Time Job
Awesome Moms like you are used to doing it all for their families. You make sure your kids are ready for school, you support your spouse, and you care for your family in whatever way you can. Cooking, cleaning, teaching, and supporting are just a few of the responsibilities you take on as a mother. It’s no exaggeration to say that motherhood is a full-time job – perhaps even more so than traditional careers or schooling require. After all, as a mother, you don’t get weekends off. You don’t get sick days. You push through because your family needs you.
Mothers, Don’t Forget To Put Yourself First
The dedication of Awesome Moms to their families is awe-inspiring. However, too often Awesome Moms forget to put themselves first. You assume that your needs must come second. You neglect to take personal time for yourself. You forget how to take care of yourself.
Hi, Awesome Moms. I’m Deborah Ann Davis, and I’m eager to help you. Motherhood all too often is isolating – but it’s important to remember you aren’t going through these experiences alone. As a personal coach, author, educator, and speaker, I’ve helped mothers realize they don’t have to put themselves second. Armed with my B.S. in education, my M.Ed. in Supervision, and my certification as a W.I.T.S as a Personal Trainer, I’m here to help moms realize they don’t have to strive for perfection because they are already awesome.
